Raw material

We have our original source of cadmium and tellurium, and do the purification for cadmium and tellurium into more than 7N high purity by using the purification method based on long term experience. From such high purity raw material, we produce homogenous single crystal by using our THM method. Providing high purity raw material (such as 7N Cd or 7N Te), poly crystal CdTe and CdTe powder, we are offering solutions to not only radiation area but also various areas.
