Element Identification and the Distribution Analysis

X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer （XRF）enables element identification and  the distribution analysis by measuring X-ray fluorescence energy (characteristic X-ray) emitted when materials exposure to X-ray. As CdTe detector can be operated at room temperature, hand-held XRFs are used for the field operation.
